Account and data deletion

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Wondermorrow and go to You → Settings.
2. In the account section, choose Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion and wait for it to finish. An internet connection is required.

Successful deletion removes your account, linked sign-in identities and account sessions from our active account database. If a provider is unavailable and deletion fails, the app shows an error; retry later or contact us rather than assuming deletion succeeded.

What stays separate

• Subscriptions: cancel separately in Apple subscription settings.
• Local learning: account deletion preserves the library and progress on your device. Remove the app and its data if you also want to remove that local information. Device backups are controlled through your device’s backup settings.
• Provider and security records: purchases, analytics, security logs and provider records may be retained separately as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Need help or cannot access the app?

Email support@cognfy.com from the address associated with your account where possible. Tell us that you want to delete your Wondermorrow account or make another privacy request. We may need to verify your identity. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
